Maintenance Tech Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $27.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 03:30pm to 02:00am )

• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on CNC and automated production equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues
• Repair motors, transformers, and electromechanical components
• Install, modify, and improve manufacturing equipment as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics

Maintenance Tech Qualifications:

• Previous CNC and/or industrial maintenance experience required (facility-only maintenance backgrounds are not a fit)
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical schematics
• Basic computer skills; PLC experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred;
• Reliable attendance and ability to train on 1st shift required
