Job Description

Secret Level is seeking a senior-level Executive Producer to join our fast-growing team and lead production across high-profile brand and original long-form projects. This is a pivotal role that requires experience, confidence, and a deep understanding of creative production at scale — ideally with a background in commercial production, visual effects, or studio environments. You’ll report directly to the Head of Studio (Brand & Long-form) and will be responsible for leading projects from pitch through delivery, overseeing budgets, timelines, teams, and client relationships with clarity and confidence.

The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of hybrid production pipelines — from traditional animation and VFX to generative AI — and thrives in fast-paced environments. You know how to bring calm to chaos, set creative teams up for success, and build trust with partners. Secret Level moves quickly and pushes boundaries — and we’re looking for someone who does too.

Key Responsibilities

  • - Lead production across brand campaigns, long-form content, and experimental creative work

  • - Oversee budgets, schedules, resourcing, and legal/contracts

  • - Serve as point-of-contact for clients, agencies, and partners

  • - Work closely with senior leadership to scope and structure projects

  • - Assemble and manage teams of producers, artists, and vendors

  • - Ensure creative integrity while balancing time, budget, and scope

  • - Support strategic planning and internal systems for scaling production

Preferred Background

  • - Commercial production companies

  • - Visual effects studios

  • - Integrated production across agency/studio hybrid models

  • - Global or remote team experience

Qualifications

  • - 7–10+ years experience as an EP or senior-level producer

  • - Deep knowledge of creative production pipelines (commercial, VFX, animation)

  • - Proven ability to manage large-scale creative projects from pitch to delivery

  • - Strong leadership and communication skills

  • - Passion for innovation and new workflows (including AI, but not required)

  • - Experience with brand clients, agency collaboration, and fast-moving deadlines

Salary Range: 190-225k per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
