About the Role
The Health Coach will work closely with our team to guide patients through personalized wellness programs, plan and execute health-related events, and provide education on key lifestyle pillars including nutrition, movement, sleep hygiene, and stress management. You’ll coach clients in both group and one-on-one settings, helping them feel heard, motivated, and empowered to meet their goals.

This role also includes clinic operational support such as supplement ordering, scheduling, patient onboarding, marketing, and communication via phone, email, and Zoom.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized health coaching to clients in group and individual settings
• Lead group classes and workshops focusing on wellness topics
• Educate on nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management
• Motivate clients to follow and sustain their personalized health plans
• Foster a supportive environment that encourages client engagement and accountability
• Identify and address barriers to lifestyle change
• Collaborate with practitioners to adjust plans and track progress
• Assist with clinic operations (ordering, scheduling, onboarding, marketing)
• Participate in ongoing training and development activities
• Cross-trained at the front desk to ensure seamless coverage when needed

Skills & Qualifications

• Health Coach Certification (Strongly preferred, not required)
• Understanding of functional medicine principles
• Strong knowledge of lifestyle factors that impact health and well-being
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate positive lifestyle changes
• Commitment to practicing the health principles you teach
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with computers, Zoom, Calendly, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• EHR experience (Preferred, not required)

Experience

• Proven experience in health coaching (Strongly preferred, not required)
• Knowledge of behavioral health principles and strategies
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate clients effectively
• Background in personal training or fitness instruction is highly desirable
• Marketing experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $25/hour (based on experience)
