Job Description
The Hydraulic Assembler builds and processes hydraulic and related aerospace components in accordance with detailed specifications and Boeing standards. This role performs hands-on assembly, sealing, electrical bonding, and part marking while maintaining strict safety, quality, and productivity requirements. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read and follow drawings and procedures, and a commitment to continuous learning and teamwork.

Work Environment
This role is based in a world-class aerospace manufacturing facility that operates as both a high-performing business and a social enterprise. The environment emphasizes safety, quality, and lean manufacturing, with strong 6S practices and organized workstations. You will work hands-on with mechanical and hydraulic components using tools such as impact drills, torque wrenches, locking pliers, and other hand tools, as well as ERP systems, Boeing portal, and REDARS for documentation and technical data. The facility handles hazardous materials, and employees follow strict hazmat, safety, and PPE requirements, including safety glasses, gloves, aprons, and hearing protection. Multiple shifts are available: a day shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, an afternoon/evening shift from 3:25 p.m. to 1:55 a.m. Monday through Thursday, and a weekend shift from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Friday through Sunday, with initial training on day shift for approximately two weeks. Professional appearance and appropriate work attire are expected, along with good hygiene and adherence to all safety and shop-floor standards.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
