In this Reproductive Health–aligned service, the Urologist will practice comprehensive genitourinary and men’s health care with access to advanced imaging, robotics-enabled surgery, telehealth, and multidisciplinary case conferences, all at a 25-bed critical access hospital in northern New Hampshire, renowned for its cost-effectiveness, high-quality patient experience, and deep community integration.
The Urology Physician will report to a Physician Executive and collaborate closely with an OR Director and Clinic Practice Manager, enjoying APP support, friendly nurses, and a diverse team spanning anesthesia, radiology, pharmacy, PT/OT, and case management; responsibilities include a balanced mix of outpatient clinic, OR block time, inpatient consults, and shared call, with robust pre- and post-op pathways, evidence-based protocols, and strong physician-APP collaboration that values autonomy, respect, and continuous improvement.
