We’re seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to serve as the strategic bridge between our executive team and global developers. This role is critical to maintaining clarity, velocity, and cohesion across time zones. You’ll manage workflows, translate priorities, and ensure deliverables align with business goals—without burning out our top talent.
Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end project delivery across the dev team
• Translate executive priorities into actionable technical tasks
• Facilitate sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
• Track progress, unblock bottlenecks, and escalate risks early
• Maintain clear documentation and timelines for all initiatives
• Foster strong rapport with the Dev Team Leader and developers
• Act as the primary liaison between leadership and engineering
• Ensure communication is structured, respectful, and outcome-driven
• Support hiring, onboarding, and team scaling as needed
Requirements
• 3+ years’ experience in technical project management
• Proven success managing remote software teams
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Experience with tools like Trello, Jira, GitHub, and Slack
• Ability to synthesize executive strategy into dev team execution
• Empathy, clarity, and a bias toward action

Compensation Overview:
* Base Compensation: Varies based on experience, portfolio strength (links must be functional), and geographic location.
* Deferred Compensation Structure: All development team compensation is deferred until 60 days post-MVP launch, ensuring alignment—everyone is incentivized to get to MVP as quickly as possible.
* Milestone Bonuses: 10% milestone bonus awarded to every team member assisting with the MVP build-out.
* Annual Performance Bonus: Represents a significant percentage of total compensation.
