The Senior FP&A Analyst will work directly with the SVP of Financial Planning and Analysis and play a key role in supporting the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning efforts.
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of budgeting processes, financial forecasts, operational plans, analytical models, and reporting dashboards.
  • Track key performance metrics, identify emerging patterns, and investigate variances.
  • Build advanced financial models and conduct analyses that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare presentations and materials for the CFO and executive leadership, including board reports, investor content, and other senior-level updates.
  • Improve organizational performance by assessing processes, recommending efficiencies, and evaluating ROI across programs and operations.
  • Review and interpret complex financial data to deliver timely, actionable insights for management.
  • Support M&A efforts, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
  • Enhance systems and workflows by assessing current practices, recommending improvements, and leading implementation of enhancements.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analyses to guide leadership decisions.
Qualifications
  • 4 years of experience in FP&A / strategy / related.
  • Background in corporate FP&A, management consulting, or investment banking preferred.
  • Experience in franchise-based businesses is a plus.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior executives.
  • Strong business acumen with a practical, results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to identify trends and develop strategic recommendations using research and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Collaborative team member who can also work independently in a fast-moving environment.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.

With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
