Job Responsibilities
1. New Product Introduction (NPI) & Technical Program Management新产品导入与技术项目管理
Drive cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality) to manage the full lifecycle of new product introduction, from project initiation to mass production. Ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and at high quality.
驱动包括工程、制造、供应链和质量在内的跨职能团队，管理新产品导入的全生命周期，从项目启动、工程验证到最终量产，确保项目按时、在预算内、高质量地交付。

2. Executive Partnership & Strategic Enablement高管伙伴与战略赋能
Serve as a strategic advisor and business partner to the Division Leader, supporting strategic planning, decision-making, and execution of key initiatives.
Manage communication across the organization, escalate key issues, and present solutions and risk mitigations to executive teams.
Chair and moderate high-level meetings, especially in English-speaking environments.
Coach and empower senior executives to enhance their English presentation and communication skills.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management客户与利益相关者管理
Manages all professional client hosting and comprehensive communication. Aims to build trust with international clients and partners through consistent, proactive engagement and collaboration, fostering outstanding cooperative relationships.
负责客户的专业接待与全流程沟通。致力于通过持续的沟通与协作，与海外客户及各方伙伴筑牢信任根基，打造卓越的合作体验。

Language Proficiency | 语言能力
英文母语水平English: Native-level fluency in English is required.
中文普通话一般流利Mandarin Chinese：Familiarity with Mandarin Chinese is a plus
