VisionFirst is accepting applications for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is very customer service driven, and gives you the opportunity to work directly with our patients over the phone or online to assist them with their scheduling needs. Job duties include but are not limited to: * Scheduling appointments for multiple locations as well as online appointment requests. * Evaluating doctor’s schedules to ensure smart scheduling. * Preparing/mailing recall notices to patients. * Electronically sending new patient paperwork. * Obtaining insurance authorizations. * Making reminder phone calls to patients. * Performing various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
