Key Responsibilities

• Follow up promptly and professionally with company-provided leads, referrals, and current clients
  
• Conduct virtual or face-to-face appointments with prospective clients, organizations, members, and employees
  
• Utilize company systems, scripts, and training resources throughout the sales process
  
• Keep accurate records of client communications and benefit enrollments
  
• Remain compliant with company guidelines, procedures, and industry standards
  
• Continue improving product knowledge, communication abilities, and sales skills through ongoing development and training
