Job Description

Salary: $150,000 - 180,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in RF testing or a similar position
• Comprehensive knowledge of RF Design, Production Testing, Compliance, Antennas, EMI Testing, Emissions, Documentation, and RF Systems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex RF challenges
• Excellent documentation abilities with the proficiency to create clear and comprehensive test reports
• Familiarity with current industry regulations and standards for RF testing
• Effective team player with outstanding communication and collaboration skills
• Capability to handle pressure and meet stringent deadlines while maintaining quality
• Demonstrated success in completing projects from the testing phase through to production
• Proficient in utilizing RF testing equipment and relevant software

• Design, develop, and implement RF testing procedures to validate our products against optimal quality standards and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with design and production teams to identify potential product issues and formulate solutions during the development stage
• Apply expertise in RF Systems and Antennas to improve product performance and efficiency
• Conduct EMI and Emissions testing, analyzing data to ensure compliance
• Produce detailed documentation of all testing procedures, results, and suggested enhancements
• Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in RF testing
• Address and rectify any challenges encountered during the testing process
• Work closely with the compliance team to guarantee all products adhere to regulatory standards
• Provide technical assistance and mentorship to junior staff and other departments as required
