Job Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed
• Maintain a tidy and organized virtual reception area
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide product information
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars

Essential Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency in using virtual communication tools
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
