Our client, a healthcare/pharma agency is currently seeking TWO Editors to join their team fulltime. One Senior Level Editor and one Mid-Level Editor .This is a fully remote, Fulltime position. Must have knowledge of the AMA Manual of Style and Oncology experience Roles & Responsibilities- Initial edits, correction checks, w4ws, fact-checking, reference verification, etc. of copy andfair balance- ensuring accuracy across multiple rounds and final releases- Development/updating of client style guidelines and citation lists for brands- Mastery of assigned brand(s) and strategic imperatives; assistance with others- Attendance at status, kick-off, and Editorial meetings- Mentoring of junior editors or freelancers, as needed- Adherence to Editorial department guides and checklists- Accurate timesheets and timely submissionsBackground/Requirements- A minimum of 5 years of editorial experience on pharmaceutical or biotech accounts,including product launches- Experience in a range of therapeutic categories, including Oncology- Superior editing skills and knowledge of the AMA Manual of Style conventions for clinicaland scientific content- Experience in preparation for regulatory, OPDP, and APLB submissions- Experience with digital and print tactics (IVAs/CVAs, websites, emails, banner ads, socialcontent, videos, omnichannel campaigns, etc)- General knowledge of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries- Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to give/receive feedbackin a constructive manner- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines inan organized, detailed, and productive manner- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, MS Office, and collaborative e-routing platformsBenefits Overview- Full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, 401(k)- Flexible PTO policyIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data.
