Responsibilities

• Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties at the best terms and prices

• Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions

• Promote properties through effective marketing strategies

• Conduct comparative market analysis to determine property values

• Interact with potential buyers to showcase properties

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry

• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Minimum age of 18
