✔ Finalize draw package components and submit to lenders with precision.
✔ Oversee and organize essential project documents ( subcontracts, compliance documents, change orders, closeouts, and more! )
✔ Maintain safety files, implement safety programs , and research safety data from suppliers.
✔ Assist Project Managers, Superintendents, and Subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly!
