Job Description

Drive technical execution across enterprise security projects. This senior individual contributor partners closely with the PMO to ensure high-quality delivery from design through implementation and post-go-live support.

This role blends hands-on technical leadership with operational coordination , supporting engineers, field teams, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead across physical security projects (design ? deployment ? closeout)
• Lead site surveys, system design, and technical documentation
• Oversee installation, integration, and field execution , providing real-time guidance
• Partner with PMO on scheduling, risk management, and delivery milestones
• Act as escalation lead during critical implementation events
• Ensure quality, standards, and successful client outcomes across all deployments
• Mentor engineers and elevate technical consistency and delivery excellence

What You BringExperience

• 10+ years in physical security systems (design, integration, implementation)
• Proven leadership across enterprise or multi-site deployments
• Experience working with PMO, field teams, and supply chain
• Strong background in technical oversight and escalation support Technical Expertise
• Access Control: Lenel, Genetec, C-CURE, AMAG, Honeywell (or similar)
• Video Systems: Milestone, Avigilon, Genetec, Axis
• Intrusion Detection platforms and integrations
• Networking fundamentals (IP, VLANs, PoE) Skills
• Strong communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
• Highly organized; able to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Calm and decisive in high-pressure situations
• Collaborative mindset with PMO and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Certifications (PSP, NICET, PMP/CAPM)
• Experience with enterprise integrators or managed services providers
• Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., government, compliance-driven industries)

Working Conditions

• Standard business hours with occasional after-hours escalation support
