About

The People Operations Coordinator at The Outloud Group plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day experience of our team. This person is organized, proactive, and ready to jump in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly. They take pride in the details, follow through on what they own, and bring a thoughtful, people-first approach to everything they do.

At The Outloud Group, we’re a dynamic team doing big things in the influencer marketing space. This role sits at the heart of how we operate, touching recruiting, onboarding, team coordination, and everything in between. We’re looking for someone based in Mexico who is excited to grow with us, work closely with a global team, and make a real impact from day one.

This is someone who is flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn. They’re comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, shifting between tasks, and figuring things out as they go. They don’t wait to be asked. They step in, take ownership, and help move things forward.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting recruiting efforts, including coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and keeping the hiring pipeline organized.
  • Owning onboarding logistics to ensure new hires are set up for success from Day 1.
  • Managing systems and tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Salesforce.
  • Keeping trackers, spreadsheets, and internal documentation accurate and up to date.
  • Supporting team events, internal initiatives, and offsite planning.
  • Assisting with travel coordination for teammates as needed.
  • Maintaining org charts, team documents, and internal resources.
  • Helping improve and maintain People Ops processes over time.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with a US-based team across time zones.
  • Willingness to learn, take ownership, and contribute across different areas.
  • Full-time availability for a remote role based in Mexico (with occasional travel to the United States for team offsites or events).

Experience

  • Recruiting coordination or candidate communication experience is a plus.
  • Experience in administrative or operations support roles is helpful.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, or similar systems.
  • Experience supporting events, logistics, or team coordination is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
