Job Description

We are currently seeking part-time English teachers to join our team. This is a remote position with flexible working hours, ideal for individuals who are passionate about language teaching and wish to share their native English skills with learners worldwide.
Job Requirements

- Must be a native English speaker from English-speaking countries (e.g., the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, etc.).

- Possess a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for teaching. Previous teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.

- Proficient in using basic video or voice call tools (e.g., Zoom, Skype) to conduct remote teaching sessions.

- Able to adjust teaching methods flexibly according to the learning needs and English level of each trainee.

- Reliable, responsible, and able to commit to a stable teaching schedule (flexible hours can be negotiated based on both parties' availability).

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct remote English teaching sessions via voice or video calls to help trainees improve their English proficiency, including speaking, listening, pronunciation, and daily communication skills.

- Design simple and effective teaching plans based on trainees' learning goals (e.g., daily conversation, oral practice, pronunciation correction).

- Create a relaxed and interactive teaching atmosphere to encourage trainees to speak English actively and build their confidence.

- Provide timely feedback on trainees' learning progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to ensure learning effectiveness.
