Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Organizational Change Manager to lead and support change management initiatives across an organization.

The Organizational Change Manager will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, from senior leadership to frontline employees, to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruption during periods of transformation.

This role is crucial for ensuring successful implementation of strategic projects and driving adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.

Change Management Strategy:

Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with project objectives and organizational goals.

Conduct impact assessments, define change readiness metrics, and create communication and eng.
