Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities Application Consultant / Utility Systems Analyst with strong expertise in utility enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), enQuesta Customer Information System (CIS), and CityWorks Work Order Management.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B)
Experience with enQuesta Customer Information System (CIS)
Experience with CityWorks Work Order Management
Utility industry experience (Electric, Water, Gas, or Municipal Utilities)
Knowledge of customer billing, account management, meter management, and service requests
Experience with GIS-integrated work order and asset management systems
Enterprise application support, implementation, and troubleshooting
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ESRI ArcGIS or other GIS platforms
Oracle Database and SQL knowledge
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) administration
Experience integrating utility applications
Agile/Scrum project experience
Key Responsibilities:
Support and maintain Oracle Utilities enterprise applications.
Configure and troubleshoot Oracle Utilities CC&B.
Support Oracle OCI-hosted applications.
Manage and support enQuesta CIS functionality.
Maintain CityWorks work order and GIS-integrated operations.
Work closely with business users to gather requirements and resolve issues.
Coordinate application enhancements, testing, and production support.
Ensure application performance, reliability, and data integrity.
