Job Opportunity: Circuit Assembler (Contract-to-Hire) We are seeking detail-oriented Circuit Assemblers to join our production team in San Jose, CA. Position Overview
- Location: San Jose, CA
- Pay Rate: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE)
- Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
- Status: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire
What You’ll Do As an Assembler, you will be responsible for the precision assembly of electronic components and "box-build" systems. You will work in a clean, temperature-controlled environment utilizing hand and power tools to meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities
- Manual Component Placement: Accurately placing through-hole and surface-mount components onto circuit boards according to visual aids and workmanship standards.
- System Integration (Box-Build): Assembling completed units or "box-builds" which include housing, wiring harnesses, and sub-assemblies using hand tools and torque drivers.
- Coating and Protection: Some roles include the manual application of conformal coating to protect assemblies from environmental factors.
- Soldering: Depending on the specific line, performing manual soldering or touch-up on PCB components.
