Maintenance Technician
Location: San Luis Obispo, CA
Starting Pay: $28.00/hr
Schedule: 2nd Shift 2pm-10:30pm Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
·Responsible for maintaining equipment reliability and minimizing downtime through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely repairs.
·Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems; performing inspections and equipment testing
·Supporting line startups and changeovers; completing work orders and maintenance records; managing spare parts inventory; and ensuring compliance with safety, GMP, food safety, and OSHA standards.
What We’re Looking For:
·Lift 50–80 lbs and stand for extended periods.
·Perform repetitive motions and work in manufacturing environments.
·Climb ladders, stairs, and operate lifts at elevated heights using proper safety equipment.
·Frequently walk, reach, handle tools and components, and work around oils, greases, and coolants.
·Occasionally work in hot, humid, outdoor, or hazardous conditions.
·Must have adequate vision for close work, distance viewing, color recognition, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
