We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at J Optimist Park, a 350-unit, 6-story mid-rise that reflects the rich heritage and architecture of the neighborhood with its brick and ironwork industrial elements. The units are a mix of studio, one and two bedrooms ranging from 585 square feet to 1,027 square feet—some with private balconies and views of Uptown. /
In the Maintenance Technician role, the primary objective is to provide superior care and customer service to our most valued residents by providing quality, timely and right the first-time responses to residents’ service needs.
