WE ARE LOOKING FOR A THERAPIST WHO STICKS.
Not “sticks around until something better comes along.”
Not “sticks until things get hard.”
Not “sticks while quietly interviewing elsewhere.”
We mean sticks.
We’re a 20-year-old, highly respected children’s therapy practice. We didn’t get here by accident. We got here by building something real, with intention, integrity, and clinicians who chose this as their career, not a temporary stop.
We are Pathways For Change. And we’re looking for one more exceptional clinician to join us.
Let’s be clear about who you are:
You love working with kids. Not tolerate. Love.
You want to become truly excellent at something—play therapy, trauma, OCD, neurodivergence, anxiety, selective mutism, family systems… something. You want depth. Expertise. Mastery.
You want to grow into leadership. Not immediately. Not artificially. But over time, through real experience and mentorship.
You don’t do drama.
You don’t triangulate.
You don’t participate in back-room whisper campaigns.
You are emotionally mature. Grounded. Direct. Professional.
You value stability. Community. Purpose.
You’re building a career—not collecting jobs.
Licensed or Pre-Licensed?
Both are welcome.
Pre-Licensed clinicians must be willing to commit to:
• Two years of supervision
• One additional year post-licensure
Why? Because we invest heavily in our clinicians. We train. We mentor. We develop. And we are building long-term professionals, not temporary placeholders.
If that excites you, keep reading.
If commitment makes you nervous, this is not your place.
What your life will look like here:
• Full-time = 25 client sessions per week
• Your own beautiful private office
• A team that actually supports each other
• A culture that is warm, professional, and deeply human
• PTO
• Health insurance
• CE stipend
• Paid trainings (including travel to specialized trainings around the country)
• Real mentorship—not lip service
• Opportunities to grow into leadership roles over time
We are deeply rooted in our community. We run groups. We partner with schools. We show up. We build things that matter.
Who thrives here:
Clinicians who say things like:
“I want to become exceptional at this.”
“I want to stay somewhere and grow.”
“I want mentorship.”
“I want to build something meaningful.”
“I love working with kids.”
Who does not thrive here:
Clinicians who:
• Job-hop
• Create drama
• Avoid accountability
• Lack curiosity or initiative
• Are unsure if they even want to work with kids long-term
The real question is:
Do you want to be developed into an exceptional clinician inside a practice that has spent 20 years building something rare?
Or are you looking for just another job?
If it’s the first one—we want to meet you.
