Provide Significant health improvement; pain management; improve function; obtain-detailed physical, medical, and emotional history to develop a personalized treatment plan; asses patient progress and control treatment plan; document medical treatment, consent, and manage confidentiality; provide information on treatment, symptoms, and side effects.
Qualifications:

Must be an NYS-licensed Acupuncturist
Must be authorized to work in the U.S

Medical specialties:
-Exams/evaluations (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent records)
-Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
-Patient education as to the care plan options and treatments available
Acupuncture -individualized treatment plans
Documentation/progress notes
Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team and staff for comprehensive patient care
