Job Description

Velixus Labs is building the next generation of AI, blockchain, and Web3 infrastructure. We help organizations leverage decentralized technologies to create more secure, transparent, and intelligent digital products.

We're a team of builders who enjoy solving difficult technical problems and turning ambitious ideas into production systems used by real people.

We're looking for a Lead Blockchain Engineer to help architect and build the blockchain products that power our clients' and partners' ecosystems.

You'll work closely with product leaders, designers, and engineers to develop smart contracts, decentralized applications, and blockchain infrastructure that are secure, scalable, and ready for production.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys writing code, making architectural decisions, and taking ownership of products from concept to deployment.

* Design and develop smart contracts and blockchain-based applications.
* Build backend services and integrations that interact with blockchain networks.
* Participate in architecture discussions and help shape technical direction.
* Review code, improve engineering standards, and contribute to security best practices.
* Work closely with product and design teams to turn ideas into working products.
* Identify performance, scalability, and reliability improvements across the stack.
* Mentor other engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.
* Stay current with developments across blockchain, Web3, and decentralized infrastructure.
* Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production systems.
* Professional experience developing blockchain applications or smart contracts.
* Deep understanding of Ethereum, EVM-based networks, or similar blockchain ecosystems.
* Experience with Solidity and modern Web3 development tools.
* Ability to make sound technical decisions and work independently.
* A practical approach to building secure, maintainable software.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
