Maintenance Technician – Industrial Equipment
Location: Winston-Salem, NC

BHS Corrugated is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our customer’s manufacturing operation in the Winston-Salem area. If you have a strong mechanical and electrical background, enjoy solving equipment problems, and take pride in keeping production running efficiently, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on industrial production equipment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot root causes to reduce downtime.
Inspect equipment and recommend reliability improvements.
Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately.
Partner with operations and maintenance teams to support production objectives.
Maintain compliance with all safety standards and procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Strong troubleshooting skills in both mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience with motors, conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, sensors, and industrial controls.
Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Basic PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience

Manufacturing, packaging, paper, converting, or corrugated industry experience.
Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
Familiarity with CMMS software and maintenance tracking systems.
