Salary: $68,900 - 131,100 per year Requirements:

• We require a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• We need hands-on integration experience with hardware, software, and/or firmware, including electrical design knowledge and the ability to interpret schematic diagrams.
• We prefer candidates who are comfortable using common test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
• We require active and transferable U.S. government security clearance before the start date, with U.S. citizenship mandatory for clearance eligibility.
• We require the ability to obtain an interim U.S. government security clearance before the start date.
• We are looking for candidates with strong organizational, planning, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
• We value clear written and verbal communication skills.
• We prefer experience creating technical documentation and formal reports.
• We favor candidates with knowledge of RF theory and its application in engineered systems.
• We prefer familiarity with networking and IP-based equipment.
• We value experience working in both Windows and Linux environments.
• We prefer knowledge of rack assembly, cable installation, and electronics maintenance.
• We welcome experience with programming languages such as Java, C, C++, scripting tools like Python or Perl, and MATLAB for data analysis.

• We collaborate with multiple trades and design teams on developmental programs within our Hardware-in-the-Loop organization.
• We perform system integration work in HWIL facilities to support signal presentation.
• We investigate failures and troubleshoot issues within test environments.
• We participate in engineering teams that design, assemble, and integrate test systems for developmental programs.
• We work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the full lifecycle of system development and sustainment.
• We operate HWIL test environments through different phases of program maturity.
• We partner with weapon system designers to understand requirements, shape solutions, and integrate deployable systems.
• We support tactical software development, testing, and delivery for missile programs.
