The HR ADMINISTRATOR, ROYAL BEACH CLUB provides administrative support to DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES, HR Business Partners, Crew Admin Managers, and Team Members across the full range of HR operations. This position is responsible for various administrative tasks: processing sign-on and sign- off documents and checklists, updating Team Members’ personnel files, assisting with payroll documentation, issuing name tags, ID cards, Company letters, etc.
All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.
