Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support vehicle and product system design and development.
- Develop and optimize CAD models and component packaging.
- Perform linear-static FEA for design validation and optimization.
- Generate technical drawings and detailed documentation.
- Support testing methods, procedures, and report development (DVP&R).
- Collaborate across teams to resolve customer issues using engineering, CAE, and project management skills.
- Prepare technical specifications and project status reports.
- Assist manufacturing by responding to ECRs and supporting shop builds.
- Operate hand tools and support technicians as needed.
- Apply parametric 3D modeling and GD&T according to ASME Y14.5 standards.
