Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in St. Peters, MO, for a contract-to-hire opportunity. In this essential role, you will serve as the face and voice of our branch, managing a high-volume desk that handles everything from face-to-face "Will Call" interactions to complex order entry via phone, email, and fax. Operating on a consistent Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule, you will work 100% on-site in a collaborative environment where multitasking is the name of the game. Whether you are processing secure payments, navigating the customer database, or acting as the vital link between the manufacturers and clients, your goal will be to build lasting trust through empathy and accuracy. Responsibilities

-Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product catalog and service offerings to provide expert guidance to clients.

- Cultivate long-term partnerships with both internal departments and external accounts through proactive communication and a deep understanding of their specific service expectations.

-Utilize active listening and emotional intelligence to resolve customer concerns, ensuring every interaction is handled with empathy and a solutions-oriented mindset.

-Facilitate the end-to-end lifecycle of orders received via phone, email, fax, and in-person, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely entry into the fulfillment system.

-Maintain a rigorous customer database, logging comprehensive records of all interactions, transactions, and account updates to ensure data continuity.

-Streamline internal documentation, filing and organizing account records to support seamless collaboration between manufacturers and sales teams.
