Job Summary

HWH is seeking a Construction Administrative Coordinator who is responsible for accurately preparing and processing subcontracts and other project related data and to assist operations.

• Assist in supporting office functions, including meetings and employee gatherings, as needed by coordinating food and beverage requirements, vendor support, and supplies.
• Attends operation meetings as required.
• Assists in mailing, shipping and receiving requirements of office and/or jobsite.
• Performs miscellaneous tasks for Project Managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 - 3 years related experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
