Concrete Laborer – Starting at $25/hr

This role supports the finisher and the repair team with hands‑on labor tasks across the boat yard. Perfect for someone hardworking, dependable, and eager to grow in the concrete trade.

Key Responsibilities

• Concrete repair support including mixing, prepping, and cleanup
• Assist finishers with material handling and tool setup
• Demolition, debris removal, and surface preparation
• Operate basic power tools and follow safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Previous construction or concrete labor experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in a marine environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Reliable transportation to Ventura Harbor

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ventura, CA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
