NOW HIRING: Experienced Concrete Finishers, Coatings Installers, Laborers, Foremen & Supervisors

Join one of Florida's growing leaders in commercial concrete flooring and specialty flooring systems. We are actively seeking  experienced Concrete Finishers and Resinous Coatings Installers , along with Laborers, Foremen, and Supervisors, to support our continued growth throughout Florida.

Our work includes:

• Commercial concrete flatwork and finishing
• Epoxy, urethane cement, MMA, and other resinous flooring systems
• Concrete polishing
• Self-leveling underlayments and gypcrete
• Floor preparation, water proofing, and moisture mitigation
• Industrial, warehouse, healthcare, institutional, and manufacturing facilities

Positions Available

• Experienced Concrete Finishers (Priority Hiring)
• Experienced Resinous Coatings Installers
• Construction Laborers
• Foremen
• Supervisors

Qualifications

• Experience in  commercial concrete finishing and/or resinous floor coatings is highly preferred.
• Concrete finishers should have experience placing, screeding, floating, edging, and finishing commercial slabs.
• Coatings installers should have experience with surface preparation, grinding, shot blasting, moisture mitigation, epoxy, urethane cement, and other resinous flooring systems.
• Foremen and Supervisors should have proven experience leading crews and managing commercial construction projects.
• Construction experience preferred for laborers; motivated individuals willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.
