What you'll earn

• $1,200 to $1,400 average weekly pay (top drivers clear $1,800 or more)
• $0.56 to $0.60 CPM based on experience
• Up to 3 CPM monthly performance bonus
• $2,000 welcome bonus paid in milestones
• $12.50 per hour detention pay
• $100 per day layover and breakdown pay
• Fully paid orientation

Your schedule

• Monday through Friday to Saturday morning runs
• Full 34-hour reset at home every weekend, no exceptions
• Your truck comes home with you, no terminal drop-off
• Consistent Southeast corridors so you always know where you are headed

The equipment

• 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths
• Dry van freight, 100% no-touch
• 50 to 60% drop and hook
• No driver-facing cameras

What we're looking for

• 3 or more months solo Class A CDL experience within the last 3 years
• No more than 1 DOT preventable accident in the past 3 years
• No major moving violations in the last 12 months
• No more than 4 employers in the past year
