We are seeking Full-Time Certified Nurse Aides for our following program located in Suffolk, VA:

• Assisted Living Facility.
• Memory Care Unit.

Responsibilities and Duties for CNA: 

• Provide direct consumer care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and assisting with medication.
• Document progress and activities, tasks performed, and response to care.
• Report any consumer condition changes to the RN and Program Supervisor.
• Serve as a role model, provide guidance and assist with medication management under the direction of the RN, LPN, and Pharmacist.
• Comply with agency policies and procedures, and adhere to all relevant local, state, and federal legal and regulatory requirements.
• Transport consumers as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills for CNA:

• Licensure as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable DMV record.
• Long term Care experience preferred.
• Proficient using Electronic medical records.
• Basic knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare Regulations preferred.
