salary: $22 - $24 per hour

Responsibilities
- Immerse into a tight-knit, high-functioning, positive, "can-do" Billing Specialist Team within a Fortune 500 Global Leading Company
- Must have the ability to be onsite for training and not miss a day of it
- Hybrid after training, onsite 6 times a month
- Work closely with a variety of internal teams and departments with the end goal of providing accurate and timely billing of consulting revenue
- Prepare, track, and manage multiple steps of the billing of consulting revenue
- Utilize Excel extensively for managing and manipulating large amounts of data
- Follow specific billing requirements and guidelines for timely and accurate invoicing
- Generate and issue invoices
- Follow up with consultants to gather needed and missing documentation
- Research any discrepancies
- Interact closely with the Accounts Receivable team for efficient and timely problem solving
- Track down missing checks
- Problem solve with internal business partners
- May assist Manager with ad-hoc projects
