Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings.
• Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and complete daily cleaning and side work.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
• Check identification of all guests and monitor beverage consumption to prevent overservice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a skilled and polished Bartender to join the opening team of an intimate, luxury beverage concept launching in 2026. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who values refined service, thoughtful cocktail execution, and creating memorable guest experiences in an elevated environment.

Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. and its subsidiary companies (collectively, “Marriott”). The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, termination, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.
