What You’ll Do As our Parts Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in dealership operations:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the parts department (retail & wholesale)
• Maintain accurate inventory control and purchasing processes
• Partner with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability
• Train, coach, and develop parts team members
• Monitor expenses, pricing, and department profitability
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and legal regulations
• Forecast goals and drive department performance
• Oversee stocking, organization, and inventory accuracy
• Promote and enforce safety standards and company values

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of automotive parts management experience
• Sales experience is a plus
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Professional attitude and appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
