$27 per hour

Compensation & Benefits: 

• $27/Hour
• Annual salary increases up to 5%
• Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $4,000 annually
• On-call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs

What You’ll Do 

• Complete service requests and work orders efficiently
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs
• Apartment turns and make-readies
• Participate in an on-call rotation and snow removal duties

What We’re Looking For 

• 4 + years of apartment maintenance experience
• EPA Certification strongly preferred
• Boiler experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
