Job Description

Our client, a diverse and community-centric organization, seeks an adult pulmonary/critical care physician dedicated to improving the health and wellness of families who reside on the West Side and Southwest Side of Chicago. J-1 Visa Sponsorship Available. New Grads are welcome.

Position Highlights:

• Lead pulmonary/critical care physician for a 151-bed community hospital
  • The 15-bed ICU with an average census of 7
  • ICU leadership opportunities
• Schedule includes:
  • Monday through Friday hours
  • One half-day of pulmonary clinic each week
  • One weekend of coverage per month​​
  • One week of night coverage (phone coverage only, unless onsite attendance is required)
• Provide inpatient pulmonary consults
• Perform procedures, including bronchoscopy, along with usual bedside critical care needs such as chest tube placement, thoracentesis, and central venous catheters

Salary/Benefits:

• Salary in the mid $300k – $400k range (negotiable based on experience)
