Administrative Assistant

Pay Rate: $24-$27 DOE

Position Summary

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior front desk experience, strong administrative skills, and be fluent in both English and Spanish. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, employees while providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors as needed.

Manage front desk operations, including receiving deliveries and maintaining visitor logs.

Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.

Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, and document preparation.

Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate office needs. 

Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of administrative and/or front desk experience. Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
